Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Natural gemstones and wear: Natural gemstones are unique — variations in color, matrix pattern, and clarity are normal characteristics of the stone, not defects, and are not grounds for return. Normal wear and tear, including loosened prongs or tarnishing from regular use, is not covered under this policy.

Third-party modifications: Items that have been resized, repaired, or altered by anyone other than RubyNest Inc. are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom or made-to-order pieces: These are final sale and not eligible for return.
