By accessing or purchasing from RubyNest Inc., you agree to the following terms.

Products: All product descriptions, including gemstone type, metal, and measurements, are provided to the best of our knowledge. Natural gemstones vary in color, matrix pattern, and clarity — these are natural characteristics, not defects.

Wear and care: Precious metals and natural gemstones can wear, tarnish, or loosen over time with normal use. This is expected and is not covered as a defect. We recommend periodic inspection of prongs and settings for pieces worn regularly.

Repairs and resizing: RubyNest Inc. does not currently offer resizing or repair services. Any modification, resizing, or repair performed by a third party is done at the customer’s own risk and voids any claim related to that piece.

Pricing: All prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed, and will contact you before processing if this occurs.

Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or errors in product information or pricing.

Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods.

Intellectual property: All content on this site — including images, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of RubyNest Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability: RubyNest Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
